Pricing questions
Will my links stop working if I hit my limit?
No. Your existing links keep redirecting; you just can't create new ones for the rest of that month. The limit resets next month, or you can upgrade.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, and invoice billing for yearly Business plans.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrades are prorated for the days left in your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What is your refund policy?
Yearly plans get a full refund within the first 14 days, no questions asked. Monthly plans are canceled at the end of the billing period.
